Join us for Happy Hour Meditation
Meditation is an easy practice to learn. One uses a mantra (word or words) as the focus. When the mind wanders, one simply returns to repeating the mantra over and over again.
Meditation is done twice daily and whenever one needs energy or relaxation.
Richard Pass began this practice in 1970. While he now does other types of meditation, it was a great beginning for him. For many, many others it is their daily practice. Richard still practices it when my mind is highly busy as an entry to other types of meditation he practice.
