Reiki Level I Training 

Reiki ("ray-key") is an ancient system of natural healing. In Japanese, Reiki means Universal Life Energy, and this system is used to transmit energy through the hands. Gentle and non-invasive, Reiki is a simple, natural means to relieve stress and promote balance, harmony and wellness. 

First Degree introduces you to hands-on-healing, the history of Reiki, and the energy centers of the body. Learn how to give a Reiki treatment to yourself, others, and your animal friends.

You can either bring dinner or there are local nearby places to grab a bite.

About the Instructor: 

And, Dr. Jamie Lee

Jamie Lee is a DNM (Doctor of Natural Medicine) and IMD (Integrative Medical Doctor) focusing on overall health and wellbeing, which includes mind, body and spirit. Her clients are cared for from a holistic approach to health. After already receiving her Bachelors from University of LaVerne and Masters from RPI, she decided it was time to get her doctorate from University of Natural Medicine so she could further help people through service and education.

Jamie is also a Reiki Master Teacher, Certified Raindrop Therapist, Spiritual Counselor, Certified in Flower Essences as well as Ilahinoor Practitioner, Deeksha Blesser, and Ordained Minister.

Jamie's goal is to help raise awareness of natural health and healing through education and services.
